Burner systems
Industri-Teknik Bengt Fridh AB design and construct burner systems for most flammable gases and fluids. It could be one or several flows of combustible gases/fluids at the same time in the same burner. Burner size can vary from a few kW up to approximately 35 MW. Complete burner systems are manufactured to fulfil the costumer's specification, which for instance means governing systems for fuel/air ratio and control of the fuel supply after the system's requirements. All systems are built according to those rules and regulations which are applicable for the actual installation.
We install commercially available burners from well known manufactures as well as tailor made burners from our own workshop.

Bakery oven
The bakery oven in the picture was from the beginning fired with wood. Today it is fired with town gas. In order to comply with the current requirements the existing hand held burner was replaced by two burners, 80 kW each, during 2009. Since the building is classified as an ancient monument the installation was carried out in a very careful way. |

Pelletizing furnace
On behalf of the furnace manufacturer, we have delivered burner system to a pelletizing plant in India. In a pelletizing furnace the iron ore is pelletized and oxidized before delivery to a steel plant. The hot part of the furnace is approximately 60 m long and run at a temperature of 1350 ºC in an oxygen rich atmosphere. Our delivery consists of totally 40 burner systems, each at a burner capacity of approximately 4 MW. 14 burners is built for burning carbon monoxide rich (CO) gas and 22 burners have Tar oil as fuel, both gas and tar oil comes from a coke producing plant nearby. Four of the burner systems are built for burning a combination of gas and tar oil. |
